How the African Mango Super Fruit Diet Works

The African Mango was created in recent years to help the body fight food cravings and therefore help people lose some weight.

The reality is that the African Mango is a 120-pack of supplements (retailing at $55) that could help people lose weight, but there is no evidence to show that they work any better than other weight loss supplements.

Do Dieters Lose Weight on the African Mango?

There is a high chance of losing weight by following the directions that come with the African Mango because it requires dieters to consume fewer calories. Of course, this doesn't prove that the supplement works; it just means that people are losing weight the same way that dieters do when using other diet programs.

There are some studies that say that African Mangoes (or mangoes of any kind) can help fight off food cravings, but there have been no studies that have proven that the African Mango supplements can help people lose weight all on their own.

Level of Effort

Like most supplemental diets, the African Mango itself requires little effort because it is just a matter of popping pills. People still have to find a way to get over the fatty foods that they are used to eating, though, so it's by no means an easy way to lose weight.

The other hard part about using the African Mango is that it doesn't come with any type of workout plan to follow. It recommends exercise, but dieters will have to come up with their own program to use alongside the diet.

So far, there are no scientific tests that say that the African Mango has any detrimental health effects. Someone could lose weight by using the African Mango if they eat correctly and exercise regularly, but the same could be said about hundreds of other diets on the market right now.

There is a very high chance that the African Mango will quickly be forgotten just like many of the other diets before it that claimed to have found the new “super fruit” to help people lose weight. Considering how pricey it is, right now there is no reason for dieters to choose the African Mango over any of the many other cheaper options out there.
